The number 40 is ringing in my ears today.
Down Under, a song I co-wrote many years ago, took about 40 minutes to write. It was first released some 40 years ago, and performed rather well I have to say.
Today the recent version created and performed by Luude, (with some help from me), was added to playlists followed by over 40 million human beings. Those 40 minutes changed my life forever. Seems like they may change Luude’s as well. This is the invisible connective tissue of things, and to me is a fine example of the randomness of the universe.
